In-Store Lead Generator

Overview Ace Home Services is hiring an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our brand inside select Big Box Home Improvement stores. If you enjoy talking with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great fit. What you will do: Work in-store at our partner Big Box Home Improvement locations (this is not a remote or call-center role) Engage shoppers and schedule Free Estimates for Heating & A/C system replacements Set appointments for discounted seasonal tune-ups (think "oil change" for your A/C system) Represent Ace with professionalism, friendliness, and accuracy Who Thrives in This Role We’re looking for dependable, people-focused professionals who enjoy conversation, staying busy, and helping customers understand their options. Ideal candidates bring: Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or brand ambassador work Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort approaching customers in a retail environment Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Schedule and Shift: We are looking for Part time The Sales Appointment Setter will float between our Prescott and Prescott Valley stores The ability to work weekends is required.
