Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients entering the detox program, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based best practices.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address unique psychological needs, adapting strategies as necessary to match each client's preferences.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring timely updates and secure handling of patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, along with performance bonuses that recognize your dedication and excellence.
