Accounts Payable SpecialistThis role is responsible for supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) operations, with a focus on invoice processing, vendor support, and issue resolution. The position will serve as an escalation point for complex AP inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, process, and support verification of invoices to ensure accuracy and timely paymentAct as a second-level escalation point for complex AP issues, including vendor payment inquiries and discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve issues across invoice processing, payments, and vendor setupSupport payment batch review and approval as neededHandle escalated vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries related to procure-to-pay processesPartner with internal teams (e.g., Operations) to resolve payment or invoice issuesCommunicate clearly and professionally with vendors regarding payment status and issue resolutionManage and respond to assigned AP tickets within defined service levelsPrioritize workload effectively to ensure timely resolution of escalationsSupport continuous improvement of ticketing and workflow processesIdentify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, particularly within global and LATAM operationsSupport documentation and adherence to SOX-compliant processes and controlsContribute to reducing manual work through process enhancements and system improvementsAssist with training documentation and cross-functional knowledge sharingPrimarily support LATAM AP operations, including vendor and banking-related issuesCross-train to provide coverage across North America and other regions as neededParticipate in process improvement initiatives and special projectsProvide support for system or process rollouts and enhancementsQualifications5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or a related fieldBachelor's degree preferredPreferred Skills & Experience:Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)Experience supporting LATAM operations or banking environmentsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa) is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environmentStrong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactionAdditional InformationThis is an individual contributor role (no direct reports)Hybrid work model (2 days/week in office preferred)Flexibility to support cross-regional teams and time zonesThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is/locations are:United States - Tampa Office TAO: 70,000 - 105,000 USD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI: 70,000 - 105,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
