You grow the agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will be an attentive, sociable, sales‑minded professional eager to contribute to the team. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
