Join us in shaping the future of innovative defense technology in a highly valued, visible, and influential position.Essential Functions:Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and analysisPerforms technical analysis to determine present and future financial performanceGathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, portfolio management, trended future requirements and operating forecastsProvides analysis of profit and loss statements and Balance SheetPrepares reports of findings and recommendations to leadershipPrepares proposals for the financial restructuring of agreements, acquisitions and investments. Responsible for the review and analysis of company cash positions as well as short-term and long-term cash forecasts to determine the movement of cash to and from working capital and investment accountsMay coordinate company activities relating to investment decisions, inventory management, and strategyMay perform analysis in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirementsResponsible for functional support to Operations, and overall department budget planning, structural cost optimization for commerciality and competitive market dynamicsPosition requires up to 25% travel to Tempe, AZ or Londonderry, NHAbility to obtain US Security ClearanceQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior finance experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior finance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior finance experience. Experience in budget preparation and variance analysis.Experience working with financial planning software.Knowledge of journal entry recording and indirect expense management.Preferred Additional Skills:Excellent communication skills for conducting meetings and collaborating with senior leadersStong anallytical and reporting skillsExperienced in integrated business planning or S&OPAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelingExperience with Ariba or similar procurement softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPrior experience in Aerospace and Defense industry; with in-depth understanding of government contractingPrior expertise using program finance tools such as: SAP/Excel/BPCStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions (oral, written, listening)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a challenging and fast paced environment#LI-CB1
