Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:Provide supervision to department staff, works independently and collaborate with Physician and RN leadership on relevant clinical issuesRecruit and retain talented staff and ensure proper training, resource allocation and develop standards to monitor and evaluate staff performanceImplement and maintain clinical and business policies and proceduresEnsures patient satisfaction within the clinic sites and resolves patient issuesEnsure strict adherence to policies/procedures related to clinical compliance, Standard Work development and maintenance, etcAnalyze monthly metrics relating to patient satisfaction, access and achievement of quality goals and objectives; develop and implement operational changes based on metricsMonitor, manage and ensure that provider and clinic empanelment is accurateEducate staff and providers on monthly metrics, glide paths, goals and areas for improvementsContribute to the development of short and long-term business planning, then ensure plans are executedAchievement of clinical and business compliance and licensures for labs, staff and requirements for regulatory complianceSafety functions in clinics and ensures completion of safety training and proper orientation for new employeesCoordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unitSupervision of medical assistant staff in clinic settingYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:2+ years of clinical staff management experience; 1+ years in a healthcare organizationKnowledge of organization policies and procedures, computer applications, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skillsMedical supply management and performance management techniques and practicesKnowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codingDriver's License and access to a reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with Medicare advantage care populationExperience with HEDIS quality ReportsMedical Assistant experienceValue based care contract experience and HEDIS measuresUnderstanding of patient rooming workflows, referrals, and provider task supportProven excellent leadership skills to include solid communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsProven ability to gather, analyze and evaluate data of patient satisfactionProven ability to work independently, lead and motivate staffPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
