Description:

This is a Crew Trainer position and it is a skilled and dependable Crew Member who plays a key role in training, coaching, and supporting new and existing team members. Crew Trainers ensure that all crew are confident, knowledgeable, and following McDonald's standards for food safety, service, and operations. This position is essential in maintaining consistency, quality, and a positive team culture within the restaurant.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Training & Coaching
• Train new hires and current employees according to McDonald's training systems.
• Provide hands-on instruction at each workstation using approved training tools.
• Demonstrate proper procedures, food safety requirements, and service expectations.
• Provide real-time feedback, encouragement, and coaching to trainees.
• Assess trainee progress and communicate updates to managers.
• Ensure trainees understand and follow all Karpinske/Newman Organization policies.
• Operational Responsibilities
• Perform all standard Crew Member duties including customer service, food preparation, cleaning, restocking, and operational support.
• Support restaurant operations during peak hours by working efficiently and coaching others.

Crew Trainer Certification Requirements:

• Completion of all Crew Trainer Modules.
• Crew Trainer Certified within 30 days of promotion.
• Crew Trainer raise is contingent upon verification of certification.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Responsible and adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Able to take direction from managers and execute tasks accurately.
• Supports change and encourages others to adapt.
• Completed all training modules and certifications for every station.
• Employed at McDonald's for at least 60 days and in good standing with the organization.
• Availability that fits the needs of the restaurant.
• Strong communication skills and positive training attitude.
