Job Summary RPNT Acute Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician/Quality Auditor to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert dialysis treatments to patients with kidney failure while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct thorough audits to uphold regulatory standards, including CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) compliance, fostering continuous improvement in patient outcomes and operational excellence. Duties Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients following established protocols and safety procedures Monitor patient vital signs and physiological responses throughout dialysis sessions, adjusting as needed for optimal care Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance for safe operation Maintain strict aseptic techniques to prevent infections and ensure a sterile environment during all procedures Document treatment details accurately in patient records, including treatment times, machine settings, and patient responses Conduct regular quality audits of dialysis processes and documentation to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and internal standards Educate patients on dialysis procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and health management strategies Experience Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician certification from an accredited agency or organization Proven experience working with dialysis machines and understanding of dialysis procedures Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to renal care and dialysis treatments Experience implementing aseptic techniques in clinical settings to prevent infections Knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements for dialysis centers and ability to ensure ongoing compliance Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration Two years of hemodialysis experience with six- months in acute setting This role is ideal for motivated healthcare professionals eager to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.
