RMS Marine Service US LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery across marine operations
• Serve as a central point of contact between internal departments, clients, and vendors
• Monitor and track shipments, vessel schedules, and logistics to ensure on-time performance
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records with accuracy
• Support procurement and inventory management for marine supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling crew, contractors, and resources to meet project and operational demands
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, logistics, or a related field
• Background in marine, offshore, or maritime industry strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and compliance standards is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
