Tax Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee tax compliance, preparation, planning, and provide valuable tax advice to a range of clients. Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee tax compliance, preparation, and planning for clients
- Provide tax advisory services, staying up-to-date with evolving tax laws and regulations
- Lead and mentor junior staff, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables
- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies for individual and business clients
- Review and prepare complex tax returns, including trusts and partnerships
- Collaborate with clients to gather financial data and provide strategic tax guidance
- Utilize advanced tax software (e.g., Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite) to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Must-have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification required
- 5+ years of experience in tax compliance, preparation, and planning
- Expertise in current tax laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
- Experience with trust tax preparation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite
- Experience in providing tax advisory for diverse industries
