Job Title: Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney Type of Position: Full Time (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote) Salary Range: $125,000 - $250,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Your Role Will Include: Overseeing pre-litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes for our clients. Collaborating closely with case managers and the pre-litigation team to monitor case progress and client treatment. Managing client treatment plans to ensure appropriate care is being received throughout the pre-litigation process. Evaluating cases and identifying opportunities for early resolution through quick demands and strategic negotiations. Conducting early-stage negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing parties to achieve favorable pre-litigation settlements. Communicating effectively with clients, providing guidance and updates throughout the pre-litigation process. Reviewing medical records and documentation to assess case value and determine the best resolution strategy. What we do for you: Highly competitive pay.
