Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Ocala, FL
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Up to $240K Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus Available

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a growing anesthesia team at a large regional hospital system in Ocala, Florida. This opportunity offers a diverse case mix, flexible scheduling, excellent compensation, and an outstanding work-life balance.

Practice Details

The anesthesia department supports two hospitals with a combined 585 beds and serves as a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The anesthesia care team includes physicians and advanced practice providers working together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Case Mix Includes

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Spine Surgery
• Vascular Surgery
• Cardiac Cases
• Neurosurgery
• ENT
• Urology
• Robotics
• Gastroenterology
• Gynecology

No Obstetrics and No Pediatrics.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options include:

• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 16-hour shifts
• 24-hour trauma shifts

Providers enjoy a predictable schedule with no traditional overnight call requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $220,000 - $240,000

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• NBCRNA Board Certification
• Active Florida APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred

• Cardiac and/or trauma experience
• Current Florida licensure
