Accountabilities:

As a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations, you will establish and scale program management practices that enable teams to successfully execute complex initiatives. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize projects, improve processes, and ensure measurable business impact.

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic projects in partnership with department leadership, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution, including product launches, process improvements, technology rollouts, and operational initiatives.
• Build project plans, manage timelines, define milestones, coordinate deliverables, and adjust execution strategies as priorities evolve.
• Own project backlogs, tracking systems, and reporting processes to maintain visibility into progress, team capacity, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement scalable program management frameworks, including workflows, templates, tools, and performance scorecards that improve execution consistency.
• Establish measurement strategies to evaluate project adoption, outcomes, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Foster collaboration between teams, promote project management best practices, and create alignment across geographically distributed groups.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for program management excellence by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership skills with experience managing complex initiatives in technology-driven environments. You are organized, results-oriented, and capable of influencing teams without direct authority while creating structure in fast-moving organizations.

• 5+ years of project or program management experience managing multiple initiatives and geographically distributed stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working within a technology company or B2B software environment is preferred.
• Strong background managing complex projects using project management platforms, with experience in tools such as Jira preferred.
• Proven ability to create repeatable frameworks, processes, and operating models that improve execution and accountability.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with experience managing change, setting goals, and driving projects toward successful outcomes.
• Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to independently prioritize work and deliver results.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and complex business challenges.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to continuously learn new systems, tools, and methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience and education combinations will also be considered.
