While prior experience in the financial industry is a plus, a proven track record of excellence in any domain is highly valued.• Deep, hands-on expertise with the modern web stack, including:• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Extensive experience with React.• Strong UI design sensibilities with a focus on UX best practices. Experience with design tools like Figma is a plus.• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable web application architectures.• The following are significant pluses:• Experience with real-time data technologies like WebSockets, data streaming, and performance optimization for data-intensive applications to ensure they run smoothly.• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Plotly, or charting components of AG-Grid.• Exposure to backend technologies, particularly Python, Pandas, and FastAPI.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic DevOps principles, including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
