Project Manager
Join a leading commercial general contractor with a fast-growing portfolio of education, commercial, and healthcare projects! My client, a privately-held construction firm known for delivering comprehensive building solutions and an exceptional client experience, is looking for a Project Manager to assist in a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from new construction to complex renovations.
Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.

A strong background in construction management, specifically within the healthcare sector.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with successful outcomes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
A solid understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
The ability to adapt to challenges and find innovative solutions to project issues.
Base Salary of $90,000-$130,000 based on experience
