PARTY RENTAL DELIVERY AGENT

Job Description
The Party Rental Delivery Agent plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of rental equipment using the company delivery van. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position involves coordinating daily local deliveries with a medium-sized team. The agent will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading equipment while maintaining positive customer interactions to support successful event setups.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and plan daily local delivery routes
Load rental equipment safely onto delivery vans
Unload equipment at customer locations efficiently
Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned shipments

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in delivery services
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Strong customer service skills
Experience in loading and unloading equipment
Effective communication abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish
