Ecco Living is one of Los Angeles' leading co-living companies, helping students and young professionals find affordable, high-quality housing throughout the city. As we continue to grow, we're looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven Leasing Agents to join our team. If you enjoy meeting new people, being out in the field, and helping prospective residents find their next home, this is an opportunity to build valuable sales and property management experience while earning commissions and growing within a rapidly expanding company.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your time touring apartments, meeting prospective residents, following up on leads, and helping convert inquiries into signed leases. Every day is different, and your success will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries by phone, text, email, and online platforms.
• Conduct property tours throughout Los Angeles and help prospective residents find the right housing option.
• Follow up with leads and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Build relationships with prospective residents and provide excellent customer service throughout their housing search.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections as needed.
• Provide feedback regarding market conditions, resident preferences, and property presentation.
• Work closely with management to ensure available units are leased quickly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a positive resident experience from first inquiry through move-in.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfort speaking with prospective residents throughout the day.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed.
• Weekend availability.
• Customer service, hospitality, sales, recruiting, retail, or leasing experience is a plus, but not required.

$21.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus commission and performance-based bonuses. Full-time position. Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm or Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm.
