We are recruiting an SEO Expert (H/F) to strengthen our team and support clients with high stakes, local and international, on advanced search issues: SEO "traditional", GEO (Generative engine optimization), and Social SEO.

Your missions:

Within our SEO team, you will support your clients in defining, executing, and managing visibility strategies.

You will notably work on:

• Piloting SEO projects, in coordination with internal teams (UX, data, paid, dev, social media, social listening) and clients.
• Defining global SEO strategies, integrating:
• SEO "classical" (Google)
• Social SEO (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Generative AI engines (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity…)
• Performing advanced SEO audits:
• Technical (crawl, indexation, performance, logs)
• Semantic (keyword studies, intentions, architecture, content)
• Analyzing and optimizing brand visibility on social platforms, in line with user search behaviors.
• Designing and implementing qualitative and measurable link building strategies.
• Producing clear, prioritized, and actionable recommendations, focused on business impact.
• Monitoring search performance (positions, visibility, traffic, KPIs) and implementing continuous optimization plans.
• Leading client meetings (kick-off, workshops, follow-up committees) with a strong pedagogical dimension.
• Contributing to the monitoring, testing, and innovation around SEO, Social SEO, and AI.

Your profile:

• 3 years minimum experience in SEO, ideally in an agency or in a multi-project environment.
• Strong mastery of SEO fundamentals (technical, content, popularity).
• Strong interest in AI, generative engines, and new search uses.
• Interest in Social SEO and understanding the algorithmic logics of social platforms.
• Comfortable with data, KPIs, and multi-platform performance analysis.
• Ability to structure a clear and convincing discourse with non-expert clients.
• Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, and team spirit.
• Fluency in French and English.
