Corporate Development Associate

To support a growing corporate development team, the full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation, while working in a hybrid environment based out of Columbia, MO. Key responsibilities Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close Lead diligence efforts by managing confirmatory checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various teams Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with executives and external advisors
