Healthcare Operations Manager

Lead a cross‑functional clinical team, develop, mentor and inspire them to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Financial management: manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance. Responsibilities Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards. Requirements Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military (or equivalent renal experience). Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state. Current CPR certification (or must obtain within 60 days of hire). Collaboration skills are essential; must work with clinical and financial teams daily. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Level 2 background screening required via Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse.
