Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes your personal and professional growth. What you can expect Patients come first: build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Meaningful workday: you will leave each day knowing you are making a difference and developing your team to reach their full potential. Availability: you will be available when the clinic is open. Lead a cross‑functional clinical team, develop, mentor and inspire them to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Financial management: manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance. Autonomy: you run the clinic with support and guidance from the director, regional peers and the company. Culture & growth: embrace DaVita’s values and reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs. Responsibilities Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards. Requirements Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military (or equivalent renal experience). Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state. Current CPR certification (or must obtain within 60 days of hire). Collaboration skills are essential; must work with clinical and financial teams daily. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Level 2 background screening required via Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse.
