THE BATON ROUGE CLINIC AMC
:
Responsibilities include making telephone or mail contact with guarantors of accounts with delinquent balances, communicate with attorneys or collection agencies regarding status of accounts and resolution of problems. Must be interested in learning and able to think independently and be a team player with a positive disposition. Must enjoy working with the public and be able to communicate courteously, yet assertively and clearly with patients to secure payment on account.
