What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and team members
• Document all services, treatment minutes, and patient progress in electronic health records
• Participate in meetings such as care conferences, utilization reviews, and team trainings
• Support and supervise CFY or student speech-language pathologists

What You Need

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligible/license in process)
• Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting

• Experience working in long-term care or similar environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
