Position Specifics As a Line Cook, you will prepare modern takes on classic dishes, ensuring high quality and timely service. Produce high‑quality dishes with strict food safety, sanitation, and timing standards. Be fully familiar with all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information. Use knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags to prepare ingredients. Cook foods using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and work area. Handle all products in accordance with Health Department standards and Over Easy guidelines. Is This Role For You? Must maintain a valid Food Handlers’ certification. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety. Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
