Are you an experienced housekeeper or cleaner? I managed a vacation rental in the Sycuan area of El Cajon, CA, and I’m looking for one or two reliable, detail-oriented people to help with turnover cleaning and general home upkeep. What you’ll do (standard vacation rental turnover): · Indoors: Bathrooms, kitchen, general rooms, dishes, oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, laundry (linens, towels), making beds · Outdoors (included): Patio, grill, backyard area · Small handyman tasks (a plus – e.g., tightening fixtures, minor fixes) What I need most: · ✅ Reliability – no last-minute cancellations (especially before guest check‑in) · ✅ Honesty & professionalism · ✅ Efficiency – ability to work quickly without cutting corners Pay: · $18/hour to start · Jump to $25/hour for consistent, excellent results (guest‑ready every time) Hours: Flexible, based on the booking calendar.
