Key Data Dashboard is a data and analytics platform built for the short-term rental industry, giving property managers, investors, and destination marketing organizations the market intelligence they need to make confident decisions. Our DMO team works with convention and visitors' bureaus, tourism boards, and other destination marketing organizations to bring clarity to the short-term rental market in their communities.

About the Role

We're hiring a DMO Account Executive to join our destination marketing sales team. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role: you'll own the sales process from qualified opportunity through signed contract, selling Key Data's platform to destination marketing organizations across the country. 

We're looking for someone with a strong, proven sales background. Experience selling into tourism, destination marketing, or the short-term rental space is a real plus, but it isn't a requirement. 

What You'll Do

• Manage a full-cycle sales process for DMO opportunities, from qualified pipeline through negotiation and close
• Carry and consistently deliver against a monthly sales quota
• Build relationships with destination marketing decision-makers, including executive directors, VPs of marketing, and directors of research at CVBs and tourism boards
• Run product demos showcasing Key Data's short-term rental market data and destination-level reporting
• Represent Key Data at industry conferences and trade shows
• Partner closely with the DMO marketing team on pipeline strategy and account targeting
• Keep pipeline and forecast accurate and current in HubSpot
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and participate in an ongoing coaching cadence

Requirements:

  What We're Looking For

• A proven track record of success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role (GovTech / SaaS strongly preferred)
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• A self-starter who's comfortable owning a territory on a remote, distributed team
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and industry events
• Experience selling to tourism boards, DMOs, destination marketing organizations, or within the short-term rental / hospitality industry is a plus, not a requirement
