We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join an organization in Connecticut. This fully onsite role supports core HR operations across employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and benefits administration while serving as a dependable resource for staff and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily human resources activities, including employee relations matters, policy guidance, and administrative follow-through.

• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new employees to help ensure a smooth and organized start to employment.

• Assist with payroll-related processes by maintaining accurate records and resolving routine discrepancies.

• Administer benefits-related activities and respond to employee questions regarding available programs and enrollment support.

• Maintain and update HRIS records to promote data accuracy, compliance, and reliable reporting.

• Prepare HR documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools, with an emphasis on Excel for tracking and analysis.

• Partner with managers and internal stakeholders to address workforce issues and support consistent HR procedures.

• Help facilitate pre-employment and other required HR processing steps before candidates begin work.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.

• Knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits support.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel skills.
