Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Resolve customer issues and concerns accurately and promptly. Authorize sales and process transactions as needed. Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring data integrity. Must-Have Qualifications 1-2 years of recent (within the last 7 years) customer service experience or military equivalent. Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to type while speaking, navigate multiple systems simultaneously, and utilize MS Office and search tools effectively. Availability to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., with flexibility to work one weekend day. A quiet, distraction-free home workspace equipped with reliable high-speed internet. Nice-to-Have Qualifications 1+ year of experience in banking/finance, call center environments, or remote work settings. Demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills. Adaptability to ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and technical changes.
