About job: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to support our operations in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will assist customers, coordinate service requests, and communicate with internal teams to help ensure smooth and timely transportation and relocation services. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and is committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional manner. * Provide accurate information regarding moving schedules, services, appointments, and company procedures. * Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related requests. * Coordinate with drivers, movers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs and resolve issues. * Enter, update, and maintain customer information, orders, appointments, and service notes in company systems. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous call center, customer service, administrative, or logistics experience is a plus but not required. * Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills. * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
