Our customer in McHenry, Illinois is seeking a reliable and organized Clerical Assistant to join their team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities of the Clerical Assistant:

• Prepare and type customer quotes accurately and efficiently.
• File and organize documents, records, and paperwork.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
• Answer phones and provide basic customer service support as needed.
• Support office staff with daily operational needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Computer skills.
• Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record.
• Professional communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay for Clerical Assistant: Starting at $15-$18/hour. Clerical Assistant Benefits:
