• On-site position Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm WITH THE ABILITY TO BE REACHED / BE ON CALL AFTER HOURS AS NEEDED WITHIN THIS 24/7 COMPANY OPERATION CATERING TO CLIENT NEEDS.

• Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) plus performance bonus potential and benefits

Position Summary – Client Services Associate / Specialist

\n

\n

Private aviation company seeks a highly organized, client-focused Client Services Associate / Specialist to join the Operations team. This role serves as a critical liaison between aviation advisors, clients, operators & vendors. Client Services Associate / Specialist manages trip execution from initial request through post-flight follow-up. Position requires strong operational judgment, attention to detail, the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced aviation environment , AND THE ABILITY TO BE ON-CALL AFTER HOURS (AS NEEDED) FOR THIS 24/7 COMPANY OPERATION.

Responsibilities – Client Services Associate / Specialist

\n

\n

\n
• Manage client private jet/charter/etc. requests from initial inquiry through post-flight follow-up
\n
• Coordinate with operators, pilots, and third-party vendors including catering and ground transportation
\n
• Build & manage detailed flight itineraries, trip logistics, etc.
\n
• Monitor flight schedules, weather, aircraft status, and operational changes in real time
\n
• Provide proactive, professional communication to clients before, during and after flights Conduct flight following and ensure smooth execution of all trips
\n
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards
\n
• Assist with flight services including catering, transportation, and special client requests
\n
• Support administrative, analytical, and reporting tasks related to flight operations
\n
• Assist accounting with billing, invoicing, and post-trip reporting
\n

Qualifications – Client Services Associate / Specialist

\n

\n

\n
• REQUIRED: 2 to 3+ years of LUXURY HOSPITALITY-FOCUSED EXPERIENCE (ideally in PRIVATE AVIATION, PRIVATE CORPORATE TRAVEL, or similar industry client-facing operations)
\n
• Proven operations / administrative experience with the ability to be client-facing / personable to client base
\n
• Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) and BE REACHED / ON CALL AFTER HOURS AS NEEDED WITH THIS 24/7 COMPANY OPERATION
\n
• Bachelors level degree preferred but not required if industry experience is relevant
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - proficiency with scheduling systems and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
\n
• Strong client-service mindset with a white-glove approach
\n
• Strong operational, communication (verbal/written), organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
