Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping ensure that questions, requests, and day-to-day interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, stays organized, and takes pride in creating positive client experiences.

You will work closely with internal team members to resolve inquiries, coordinate client needs, maintain accurate information, and contribute to a smooth and professional service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for clients.
• Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication.
• Assist with coordinating client requests and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client information, notes, and service records.

• Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.

• Communicate updates and relevant information clearly to clients and team members.
