Intern - Supply Chain

WEC Business Services LLC Job Summary The Procurement/Supply Chain Intern will assist with the delivery of materials and services within the Procurement Department. • Provide support to Procurement areas working with the current processes to ensure high service levels to our internal customers
• Manage and execute projects assigned by the Procurement managers or directors, which support process improvement or business enhancements for WEC Energy Group
• Work on both personal computer and Procurement applications (e.g. SAP, Taulia, AdobeSign, Woods Makenzie, etc.). Heavy use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Assist on miscellaneous special projects
• Assisting the Business Performance team in data management, procurement support, and accounts payable support
• Assisting buyers in creation and management of Purchase Orders and Contracts
• Assisting buyers in request for quote, proposal, and information process
• Assisting the Business Performance team in request for quote, proposal, and information process, as needed

• High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or closely related degree with a graduation date after June 2027
• Minimum GPA of 2.8Preferred Qualifications
• Supply Chain majors preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work full time during the summer, part time during the school year
