Registered Nurse (RN) Telemetry

13-week travel contract in Greensboro, North Carolina. Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Opportunity to earn competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and respond promptly to any abnormalities or emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, medication management, and post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Current RN license in North Carolina required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple shifts.
