About the Role

The Customer Service Assistant will support the customer service team by answering incoming calls, processing simple orders, responding to customer inquiries, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a stable company.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer emails and provide basic product and order information
• Assist customers with order status updates and general questions
• Support the Customer Service team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding order fulfillment and shipping updates
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
