Responsibilities
- Operate and load CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
- Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
- Maintain quality standards and production accuracy
- Follow safety and production procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CNC operator experience required
- Minimum 1 year of CNC setup experience required
- Experience reading blueprints required
- Experience using precision measuring instruments required
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and within a team
