Responsibilities

• Operate and load CNC milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools
• Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Maintain quality standards and production accuracy
• Follow safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CNC operator experience required
• Minimum 1 year of CNC setup experience required
• Experience reading blueprints required
• Experience using precision measuring instruments required
• Basic math and mechanical skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and within a team
