Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? Were partnering with a growing operation just south of Savannah seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive productivity, and build a strong safety-first culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams from the floor, improving processes, and making a direct impact on operational performance.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and develop warehouse associates and lead personnel
• Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and distribution activities
• Monitor productivity, staffing, and workflow efficiency
• Conduct daily team meetings and communicate operational goals
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment
• Partner with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Maintain equipment readiness and operational supplies
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience with RF handheld scanners
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment
• Forklift/cherry picker/swing reach certification is a plus
