We are looking for a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team!$40,000 a yearPOSITION SUMMARY:To ensure all supplier and manufacturer claims are filed and proper credits are received and applied.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their specific requirementsCommunicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner.Obtain samples as neededCoordinate returnsMake sure proper credits are received and appliedMaintain a good relationship with vendors and staffPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred.Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.Be able to work independently and problem solve. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rite-Rug
