Clinical Regional Manager

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead clinical strategy and team development across temperature management commercial operations. The role combines clinical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption, training, and clinical engagement in high-acuity hospital settings.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage Clinical Specialist team with hiring, onboarding, and performance accountability
Develop clinical strategy, training standards, and implementation methodology for consistent territory execution
Partner with Sales Leadership to align clinical priorities with commercial goals and account targets
Monitor clinical engagement metrics and adoption trends; escalate complex clinical situations requiring senior expertise
Represent clinical function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs to inform product development and messaging

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related clinical field; RN or RRT credential required
7–10 years clinical experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or high-acuity settings
3–5 years people management experience leading clinical or field-based teams in medical device or healthcare
Prior experience as Clinical Specialist, Clinical Liaison, or equivalent field clinical role
Strong clinical credibility and executive presence with physician and nursing leadership
Cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Medical Affairs
Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25–50%; hospital credentialing compliance required
