Work Environment

This role is performed onsite, primarily in the homes of our patients, offering a unique opportunity to observe and interact with patients in their daily environments. Our typical work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which provides a balanced work-life structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of patients, evaluating their medical history, functional limitations, and personalized goals to craft tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring they align with both patient needs and expected outcomes.
• Facilitate open discussions with patients about their rehabilitation journey, enhancing their understanding and commitment to the treatment regimen.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal recovery and rehabilitation results.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. We cater to a diverse demographic, ranging from young athletes to older adults, ensuring that our approaches are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California, demonstrating compliance with all applicable regulations.
• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions or board sanctions against the license.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, showcasing a strong foundational understanding of various rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, ensuring high-quality hands-on care for patients.
• Experience in designing and leading exercise regimens personalized to individual patient capabilities and recovery goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
