Responsibilities:
• Assist customers by phone with questions, service needs, and general support in a courteous and timely manner.
• Process product returns accurately and ensure related information is documented correctly.
• Enter customer orders and service details into internal systems with strong attention to accuracy.
• Manage a steady volume of inbound calls while providing clear, solution-focused communication.
• Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or resolve open issues.
• Support the team during a busy seasonal period by helping maintain responsive customer service coverage.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep customer interactions organized and ensure requests move forward efficiently.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently.
• Experience with order entry or administrative data input in a business setting.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and dependable approach.
• Ability to work onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts during standard business hours.
• Comfortable learning new processes quickly and adapting to changing daily priorities.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through when managing customer requests.
