Paraprofessional / Instructional Assistant AB Staffing is seeking Paraprofessionals/Classroom Aides for the 2025/2026 school year. Requirements: Associate’s degree or completion of competency videos. Experience with preschool and elementary school-aged populations; Autism support experience preferred. Ability to demonstrate initiative and handle multiple tasks. AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read from screens and printed materials, hear and understand speech, and follow instructions. Physical activity may include walking, standing, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds. Job Description: Caseload and specifics vary by school location. Recruitment Specialists will discuss details upon application to match you with a suitable classroom. The contract runs through the 2025/2026 school year, with hours from 32 to 37.5 per week, aligned with the academic calendar. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group instruction, demonstrating and assisting with skill development exercises. Implement lesson plans and participate in classroom activities. Assist with behavior modification plans. Observe, record student progress, and document occurrences. Prepare classroom, organize materials, record attendance, and maintain bulletin boards. Set up and operate audiovisual equipment. Perform photocopying and clerical tasks. Perform related duties as required. Salary: $608.00 – $825.00 per week. Why choose AB Staffing?
