**Position Title:** CNC Burning Machine Operator
**Pay Rate:** \$18\$20 per hour
**Shift:** 1st Shift Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
**Requirements:** Resume, interview, and drug testing required

### **General Description:**

The CNC Burning Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC burning machines to fulfill customer orders based on work orders, blueprints, and specifications, while ensuring compliance with the company's quality control program.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Read and interpret work orders and drawings to ensure accurate machine setup and production.
* Set up machines for optimal efficiency, yield, and quality.
* Perform and document routine preventive maintenance in coordination with the maintenance team.
* Ensure consistent workflow by communicating material needs and coordinating job transitions.
* Serve as the primary quality inspector; use basic measuring tools to ensure product quality.
* Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Move raw material, WIP, and finished goods to appropriate areas; participate in cleaning duties as needed.
* Maintain regular communication with supervisors about workflow and job-related updates.
* Report quality issues or equipment problems immediately.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

### **Required Skills & Abilities:**

* Above-average knowledge of CNC operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and basic programming.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings.
* Strong math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, standing, or walking for extended periods.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

### **Education & Experience:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.

* Accurately complete all production, inventory, and operational forms as required.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals.
