Job Duties Achieve annual sales goals executing perioperative leadership searches on a retained and exclusive basis whether developed independently or by colleagues in the firm. Mentor and develop staff to ensure the firm's best practices, quality standards and service delivery expectations are met. Develop and execute searches including capabilities presentations and based on the firm’s methodology and best practices. Accountable for business development and new client relationships: building and managing relationships with clients and Directors of Surgical Services. External representative of Whitman Partners as needed: speaking engagements: participation in approved journals or healthcare publications. Develop portfolio manager staff or associate client partner staff to ensure best practices, quality standards, and search execution expectations are met.
