Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - NICU Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT-NICU Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Must possess active license Certifications: NBRC Certification and BLS required Must-Have: - Two professional references required - Must be nicotine-free Description: The role includes working in the NICU setting. Responsibilities involve providing respiratory care to neonates. Interdisciplinary support is part of the daily operations. Experience with a variety of patient diagnoses is preferred. Candidates should be prepared for challenges inherent to a NICU environment. Compliance with all facility policies is mandatory. A negative drug screen will be required prior to starting. References must be from supervisors in the specialty applied for. All certifications must be current and active upon application. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and commitment to the position.
