As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for a large geographic territory, leading a team of Area Managers and Store Managers responsible for more than 25 retail locations. You will be responsible for developing talent, driving sales and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture aligned with our mission of improving lives through quality sleep.
