Park Capital Search is growing, and we're looking for a driven HR-minded student to help us build our people function from the ground up. This isn't busy work. You'll have a direct hand in shaping the systems, policies, and culture that will define this company for years to come. The Impact You'll Make Help design and launch our first employee handbook Build onboarding processes that set every future hire up for success Support compliance research and documentation as we scale Create real, resume-worthy work products What You'll Work On Employee handbook development (policies, PTO, code of conduct, remote/hybrid guidelines) HR compliance basics (FLSA, EEOC, ADA, I-9/E-Verify, FL-specific requirements like workers' comp & unemployment insurance) Job description creation and org structure support Recruiting/ATS process support HRIS research & setup recommendations Performance review framework (early-stage) Policy research (safety, leave, benefits benchmarking for future offerings) Musts Currently enrolled in a college or graduate program (HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred) Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity (you'll be building things that don't exist yet) Able to commit to in-office days Tuesday & Thursday (hybrid otherwise) Reliable transportation to Winter Park, FL office Compensation Paid hourly (rate discussed upon application) no salary, no benefits Hybrid schedule; in-office preferred on Tuesdays & Thursdays Renewed quarterly based on performance and mutual fit Great fit for someone who wants real ownership early in their career, not just observation #J-18808-Ljbffr Park Capital Search
