Conflicts Specialist

To support the expanding practice, the full-time salaried Conflicts Specialist will perform conflict-of-interest searches, ensure data integrity, and analyze search results while working remotely from a state with a physical office. Key responsibilities Conduct various conflict searches using the firm's database and analyze data for accuracy and integrity Prepare summaries of findings based on search results and collaborate with attorneys to resolve potential conflicts Act as a liaison between requesting attorneys and firm stakeholders, providing guidance on conflict search reports Required qualifications Strong research and analytical skills with a demonstrated understanding of data interrelations Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet shifting deadlines effectively Experience in reviewing legal documents related to conflict checks Reliable and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team
