About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Americas Sales to lead the North America sales strategy. This pivotal role involves redefining the commercial and public sector landscape, driving significant revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships with top-tier customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the sales organization across the US, Canada, and Latin America, with a focus on revenue and customer growth, team recruitment and development, and the implementation of scalable, value-based sales motions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS product adoption and sales growth, particularly within enterprise accounts, and a deep understanding of selling cloud-based solutions through consumption models. Applicants for the SVP, Americas Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience as a sales leader, with a strong background in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, cloud, or observability industries. The role requires a visionary leader with the ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing sales teams, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-growth revenue targets. The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage change in a global environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, and an MBA is a plus. The role demands a leader with high integrity, accountability, and a results-driven focus, capable of fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment within the sales team.
