Responsibilities Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the IT infrastructure department (data centers/server/storage/LAN/WAN/security) Responsibility for the trouble-free operation and security of IT systems, including planning, evaluation and implementation of new IT systems Maintaining, operating and monitoring the assigned responsibilities/services, especially Active Directory (AD), File Services (DFS), Datacenter Operations & Database Services (NUTANIX/NDB) Development of standards and ensuring the standard-compliant operation of the transferred responsibilities/services Project work in a local and international environment Your profile Degree in computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience Several years of professional experience and ideally initial management experience Strategic and structured way of working High level of communication skills and assertiveness Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel Benefits We offer responsible and challenging tasks with scope for creativity and action, as well as flat hierarchies and short communication channels.
