HVAC Service Manager

One of Central/Northern New Jersey's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a HVAC Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. This is a GREAT opportunity with a stable, rapidly growing company. Company is looking to aggressively grow service department. This is a Non-Union Position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Responsible for developing a P&L budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians (25 Technicians)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
